How do I check the status of my order?

After each order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and within that email, you will be able to track and see updates regarding your order.

How long until my order is shipped?

Some items ship from a 3rd party and others are shipped in house. We cannot guarantee an exact time when your order will ship just know that it will ship as soon as possible.

How long until I receive my order?

Receipt of orders will of course depend on where you live within the United States. Most orders are shipped 1st Class mail, once your order leaves our control, we are no longer responsible for the time it takes to get to you.

My order shipped but never arrived?

Once your order leaves our control, we are no longer responsible for the time it takes to get to you or if it gets to you. You can take up any grievance regarding this issue with the postal service that was used to ship your merchandise.

What are your Holiday deadlines for ordering?

Be proactive and order early if you want your merch for/by a specific holiday. Orders ship ASAP, however, don’t order something December 23rd if you want it for Christmas morning. Budget at least a week or two out for shipping since all postal services are slammed for major holidays.

Do you offer a Mil, LE, First Responder discount?

​

We do not offer an on-going permanent discount for LE, Mil, or First Responders, however, special promotions for these individuals may be advertised and/or offered at random throughout the year.
