PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
When purchasing products from our store, there is a certain amount of personal information we are required to collect from you in order to fulfill your order and keep you informed as to the status of your order. For example: Having your email address will only be used to send updates and tracking info regarding your order and send you exclusive information, updates, or reminders regarding our products and services and will never under any circumstances go beyond the scope of Triple Feed LLC.
Consent is given when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, and arrange for a delivery or exchange/return etc. This consent allows us to collect your information for and only for one of the aforementioned items. If asked for your personal information for secondary reasons, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your stated consent or provide you with an opportunity to say “Fuck Off”.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW CONSENT
If after you “opt-in”, you have a change of heart (like you did when you came out of the closet), you may withdraw your consent by clicking the “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” button within emails received.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Wix which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you all. Your data is stored through Wix databases and the general Wix application. Their data storage is secured with state-of-the-art technology and firewalls.
-When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or possible pornographic content of said “other sites” and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Wix has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer HTTPS secure access to most areas on our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection, and we regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly seek new ways and Third-Party Services for further enhancing the security of our Services and protection of our Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.
Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Wix, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, your Users-of-Users’ Personal Information, or any other information you upload, publish or otherwise share with Wix or anyone else. We encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account and User Website and avoid providing us or anyone with any sensitive Personal Information of which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.
Furthermore, because certain areas on our Services are less secure than others (for example, if you set your Support forum ticket to be “Public” instead of “Private”, or if you browse to a non-SSL page), and since e-mail and instant messaging are not recognized as secure forms of communications, we request and encourage you not to share any Personal Information on any of these areas or via any of these methods.
If you have any questions regarding the security of our Services, you are welcome to contact us at
