Service Description

2 DAY COURSE AUGUST 4th - 5th. This is a two day intro to Close Quarters Battle (CQB). Do not let the word "intro" fool you, this is a fast paced course that covers a wealth of topics to give you the foundational skills of structure clearing. Topics covered will include CQB rules versus principles, danger areas, room anatomy, proper footwork, 1-4 man duties, sectors of fire, hallway procedures, door procedures, actions at breach, the list goes on. Included in the course price is NLTA or UTM ammo as well as an AR15 bolt rental. Expect the first day to be all dry and heavy on lecture with the possibility of pulling triggers on paper towards the end of the day. Day two we will pick up with more dry runs and start adding rooms with force on paper and possibly move into some low light clearance culminating in a student led CQB scenario. What to bring: AR15 rifle with mounted white light (optional visible laser) Sling Chest rig (or the ability to carry extra mags) Gun belt Pistol (using for dry transitions) Clear eye pro (maybe bring a backup pair also) Handheld flashlight IFAK (at a minimum a Tourniquet) Appropriate clothing and footwear Note taking material You will need to provide food and drink for yourselves each day. If needed we can help facilitate that, just let us know. We will also have a full size working fridge to use at the training warehouse.
